Job Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment cycle.
• Mass recruitment for IT/ITES.
• Should have exposure in Sales Hiring for Enterprise unit, AWS and IT profiles.
• Head hunting, Searching CV's from Job portals & generating references
• Candidate will be responsible for lining up candidates for open positions
• Responsible for screening and shortlisting of candidates
• Creating & maintaining Data base.
• Develop and execute recruiting plans.
• Effectively and efficiently fill open positions through sourcing talents from a variety of sources.

Skill Requirement

• Any Graduate - Any Specialization
