Business Development Manager- Government Sales

Job Responsibilities

- Identifying new business development opportunities

- Develop a strong presence within territory with both customers and partners

- Drive revenue and deliver quarterly target numbers

- Understand customer problems and work with technical team to build solutions.

- Presentation of solutions to Senior Management in customer organizations.

- Commercial negotiations and close orders for products and services

- Work closely with partner organizations and build joint go to market strategy and execute the strategies.

- Driving lead generation efforts and new client acquisition through various channels.

- Creating pitches and proposals including requirements gathering for successful conversion of leads.

- Understanding and analyzing business & technical requirements from clients.

- Conducting introductory calls and following up with clients both online and offline.

- Responsible for Revenue generation

- Nurturing leads and follow-ups.

- Relationship management with existing and potential clients.

 

 

Skill Requirement

MBA/ PG /BE/B.Tech with 5+ years in sales majorly in domestic sales in Cloud Solutions/ Enterprise Software/ IT  Solutions/ Software (SaaS)- Government Vertical

- Must have Track record of meeting the quota numbers from year-on-year

- Must have significant experience with face-to-face presentations to executive level decision makers

-Must have passion for growing businesses.

- Must have knowledge of Cloud, Data Center, SI, Web Hosting.

- Must have deep understanding of sales

- Must have excellent oral and written communication skills including presentation skills.

- Must have strong decision-making, and problem solving skills

- Must be dynamic, self-motivated and a good team player.
