Job Responsibilities

* Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
* Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
* Manage the recruitment and selection process
* Responsible for screening and shortlisting of candidates
* Create & maintain a data base.
* Develop and execute recruiting plans.
* Effectively and efficiently fill open positions by recruiting talent from a variety of sources.
* Generate new ideas of hiring and implement the same.
* Motivate team and assign prioritized requirements to team members.
* Update current and design new recruiting procedures.
* Keep track of recruiting metrics.
* Explore market best practices in the recruitment and placement of Cyfuturians
* Maintain heirarchial structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.
* Maintain organization staff by establishing a recruiting, testing, and interviewing program; counseling managers on candidate selection; conducting and analyzing exit interviews; recommending changes.
